It took longer.
Hours and hours longer.
And it's just the beginning.

I thought I had something almost done, after just 2 hours. As I found out yesterday, it took longer. It took hours longer. But it's done now - this phase of the work. The biggest thing was getting started, facing the mess 2 nights ago after not facing it for months, getting into things and DOING. It was easy to keep going yesterday. I wanted things DONE, and DONE WELL.

I had one more idea this morning. Good idea. Added it in.

Now, things are, as far as I can make out, totally and completely done.

What I've just completed is just the basis, actually, of a much bigger project. The next phase - getting people involved. I'll keep you posted on how that goes.

Major work ahead!
